You do. No data is corrected without your authorisation. We present the issues and a proposed remediation plan, and you approve what is changed, how, and when.
Can the work be limited to one issue?
Yes. Engagements can focus on a single concern — for example, one field, module or record set — or cover a broader review, depending on what your business needs.
