We discover and map first, agree the plan and responsibilities, coordinate execution with Iress and your team, then reconcile and sign off against the checks — so the detail is checked, not assumed.
Responsibilities for extraction, transfer, backup and rollback are confirmed for each engagement and written into the plan. AdviserMate coordinates and performs the work within its scope — we do not imply that we perform every step of a transition.

What does Iress handle?
Iress is responsible for aspects of Xplan-site transitions that sit with the platform — including, where applicable, extraction, transfer and rollback on the Xplan side. AdviserMate coordinates with Iress and your team; we do not perform every step ourselves. The division of responsibility is confirmed and written into the transition plan before execution.
Who checks the result?
Reconciliation is a shared activity. AdviserMate runs the agreed data-integrity checks against the mapped data, and your team reviews the outcome against the criteria defined in the plan. Sign-off happens only when both sides are satisfied the criteria are met.
How are timing and interruptions planned?
Timing, windows and any expected interruptions are agreed in advance and written into the transition plan, alongside backup and rollback responsibilities. We plan to minimise disruption, but a transition of this kind can involve scheduled downtime, and we will not proceed without the agreed windows and contingencies in place.
Migration engagements plan to minimise disruption and guard data integrity, but they do not guarantee zero data loss or uninterrupted service. Downtime, where required, is scheduled and agreed in advance.
